As a part of its long-term engagement with the Textiles Human Resources Council, Learning Designs Online has been providing quality assurance and eLearning courseware evaluation for the Council since 1998. Using LDO proprietary tools and the Quality Standards for Evaluating Multimedia and Online Training LDO has evaluated courseware libraries, vendor-specific authoring solutions as well as various collaboration technologies and LCMS technologies.

In addition, LDO is engaged as a vendor evaluation partner to help the THRC’s issue RFIs and RFPs to select multimedia and eLearning production vendors for the development of elearning courseware.
