ROI and Training Impact Analysis

Learning Designs Online has worked extensively with Bell Canada (Canada’s largest phone company) to develop extensive enterprise-wide elearning quality assurance programs. Learning Designs developed evaluation tools and conducted training impact measurement and RIO studies to help Bell launch its first enterprise eLearning initiative.

Initially, our evaluation tools expanded on the Quality Standards for Evaluating Multimedia and Online Training to create a quality assurance and measurement to help Bell and its clients measure and predict training and performance impact.

In an effort to maximize planned training investment, LDO experts joined forces with management to create cost-benefit analysis and generate ROI values for the top 400 training courses planned for Bell employees.

The resulting five-month training and performance analysis provided management with a corporate blueprint for the development and launch of its enterprise eLearning offering.

Quality Assurance Evaluations

In preparation for the launch of Bell’s eLearning platform, LDO conducted a series of quality evaluations to identify the most effective off-the-shelf courseware for Bell’s employees. Using the Quality Standards selection process involved employing evaluation criteria content, instructional design integrity, usability, and technical performance.
