Bell Canada engaged Learning Designs Online to conduct a strategic corporate training impact measurement and ROI analysis to help Bell management plan the launch of the corporation's first elearning service offering.
In an effort to maximize planned training investment, LDO experts collaborated with management to identify the which classroom training programs would provide the best yield the best return on investment (ROI) when converted to online learning formats. An intensive, six-month cost-benefit and return on investment analysis thoroughly examined the potential of Bell's top 400 training courses.
The outcome of this ROI research initiative provided management with a corporate blueprint to plan, develop and implement its inaugural entry enterprise eLearning offering.
