Working with LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) Learning Designs created CBT courseware for English language instruction. The courseware was designed to help new Canadians assess their skill levels and improve their mastery of English.

The LINC program is part of a cooperative initiative between the Government of Canada, provincial governments, school boards, community colleges, and immigrant and community organizations, to provide free language training across the country for adult permanent residents.
