Learning Designs worked with trainers at the Bank of Montreal to create interactive CBT courseware for the national roll-out of a major computer-based wealth management banking application.

The CBT simulated the enterprise software package allowing banking personnel an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the software’s functionality prior to launch. As well, it offered employees the opportunity to enhance their skill levels at home or at work (without tying up network resources).
